The organisation’s main objective is the upliftment of offenders on parole through job creation in the Performing Arts. Contemporary dramatic theatre will be applied to inspire positive life orientations and anti-criminal dispositions in gifted South African offenders. The project as proposed will expand these activities to the lives of newly released prisoners. This will be done by providing a complete skills development program in the Performance Art and Theatre Arts and Sciences.

The Performance Arts and Theatre Arts and Sciences will establish a functional environment in which offenders at their release from correctional centres will be encouraged and assisted to change their lifestyles to ensure better overall wellbeing which will improve their self-esteem resulting in better adapting to the outside world, better health, incentive, performance and social conscience.
