April is World Autism Awareness Month! 6 South African Autism organisations have taken hands to celebrate World Autism Awareness Day 2012 (on 2 April). We will be walking from Durban on 31 March 2012 all along the coastline and will finish in Cape Town on 9 June 2012. All proceeds and awareness of The Big Autism Thing will benefit individuals with autism in South Africa through the 6 Autism Partners. The partners are:
1. Association for Autism (Gauteng)
2. Charity on the go (Darling)
3. De Grendel Homes (Western Cape)
4. Autism Eastern Cape (Port Elizabeth)
5. Academy for adults with Autism (Western Cape)
6. Action in Autism (KZN)
