 | FOCUS AREA:
Rural Development Services Network is a network of independent, rural and disadvantaged organizations that aims to build the capacity of organizations and individuals to enable them to contribute to the eradication of poverty and the empowerment of rural people in particular the poor through campaigning, networking research, policy development and training.
WE NEED:
We need monetary support in order to coordinate our activities at the network office. We need to maintain the salaries of the 5 full time staff members. To support the activities of our affiliates organization throughout the country. We need support to run capacity building to our affiliate's organizations. We also need to be linked up with potential donors to support our activities.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
We are planning to run a series of conferences in all provinces to discuss the Department of Social Development's approach on "Linking Social Grant Beneficiaries to Economic Activities".
