Reabetswe Youth Training Centre is a non profit organisation that was pioneered by the young and energetic woman by the name of Reabetsoe Matobako. The main aims of this organisation are:
- to develop through sports, arts and culture
- to alleviate poverty through soup kitchens and providing seeds
- to educate on health and HIV
- to give information on opportunities that the world offer
- to motivate those who have no hope
- to create jobs and projects
- to make the community active

RYTC started in 2001. At first the centre was only doing traditional dances for young woman aged 7 to 11 with the aim of decreasing teenage pregnancy through art as it was a mayor problem at the time.

The organisation decided to do community development in general, then we started many projects that included an environmental club (cleaning for elderly and community), poverty alleviation, backyard gardens, Reabetswe female in agriculture, soup kitchen for children, talent shows, workshops on business management and NGOs.

Reabetswe Youth Training Centre also do learner developments, we visit schools and motivate learners on the importance of planning for the future and teenage pregnancy and how to identify their own potential. In 2010 we started another project where we motivated gangsters on personal development and now they are busy with recording an album. We also recognise everyone who has a talent. In 2010 we shot a film titled ‘Sekgwankgwa and Black Patata’. We also host sporting events for underprivileged boys.
