Our values seek to ensure that the founding principles of Queen Nandi Community Development (QNCD) are held and implemented. Key among these principles is to establish QNCD as a beacon of hope for South African Citizens specifically in KwaZulu-Natal and surroundings so that a progressive citizen can be groomed through education and the values of humanity grounded on the principles of Ubuntu, love, respect honesty and compassion. To create an enabling environment conducive to holistic development and freedom of every person in our communities.
Queen Nandi Community Development (QNCD) sees itself as a key strategic partner to Local Municipalities and Traditional Leaders having the same vision within its core focus.
We will create competitive advantage through research and development and innovative and up to date technology that encompasses local community needs and will keep abreast of changing medical care needs by affiliating with professionals in the medical fields through applied research and technology.
We will also seek to provide services to needy communities through which empowerment objectives can be achieved, resulting in synergistic relationship with Central and Local Government.
