PYD pledges to produce the enthusiastic, professional future leaders through our professional team, who delivers cutting edge interventions which create opportunities for safer and self-sustaining communities, by building partnerships with government departments and relevant stakeholders within the rural and urban areas of Dihlabeng, Thabo Mofutsanyana, Free State and South Africa. Our vision: Developing individuals, restoring relationships, motivated and revitalizing communities.

The organisation was established by four gentlemen in Clarens (Kgubetswana) with the intention to respond to the community health and welfare needs free of charge and to see to it that the youth of Clarens is developed. The organisation has managed to host youth camps and facilitated several team building opportunities for different organisations and churches.

The following services are the ones that have been offered by PYD in Clarens and other towns within Dihlabeng Local Municipality:

- Identification of Orphans and Vulnerable Children
