We render services to the greater Mossel Bay (including rural areas). Our objectives include:
- Alleviation of poverty;
- Establishment of a Foodbank for Mossel Bay;
- Capacity building amongst affiliated NGOs;
- Liason between State and communities.

We are currently coordinating 11 community gardens as a sustainable project. Role players in MPAC are NGOs, CBOs, FBOs, CPEs, local municipality, district municipality and state organs.
