Medsa has programmes that are geared to prevent violence against women and children, HIV / AIDS with added emphasis in providing basic services to the victims of abuse and assist perpetrators though the process of change.

Our programmes are executed through our specially designed workshop sessions and counselling. Awareness and prevention programmes are divided into three:
- Community Outreach Programme (COP) aims to target men in community wards,
- School Intervention programmes (SIP) aim to target male learners
- Tavern Intervention Programme (TIP) for men, aim at targeting men in community Taverns.
