The McKaiser Old Age Home was established to provide a safe environment for the frail and elderly in the Grahamstown North communities. At the old age home, the frail and elderly are provided with daily health and social services. The old age home is supported by the Rotary Club in Grahamstown and receive other forms of support from local businesses.
