In order to change the crime patterns in South Africa we need preventative programs as well as to rehabilitate offenders into changing their life styles and restore self-esteem and moral values. Projects need to be implemented to assist in the re-integration of men and women on release from prison. The only way to do this is through the power of the Lord Jesus Christ!
