Lethimpilo HIV and AIDS was formed in 2008 by women who had a passion of helping people, especially orphans and sickly people. Since this NGO was formed, we have knocked on many doors for help but no one came to our rescue. We are all alone on this journey and we are struggling to make ends meet since we have a long list of people that we take care of.

Bed ridden people that we visit almost every day to give them treatment, give them food, bathe them, we cook soup for children who are AIDS orphans, we try and give them breakfast before going to school and give them something to eat before going to bed, give them school uniforms, clothing and we collect medication for those who are very sick.

As we are doing this without any help we are not able to meet all the needs of our people, we don’t have enough funds to do this, we don’t have a shelter to keep our children so that we can be able to take care of their needs, we plead with the public to assist us so that we can fulfil our dream of making a difference in people’s lives.
