The organisation is a not for profit, community based organisation providing Early Childhood Development training for ECD practitioners. We operate from an office based in Rustenburg with a satellite office in Temba which caters for practitioners in Moretele district. The organisation is accredited by the ETDP-SETA to offer a variety of ECD programmes.

We network with different ECD training providers around the country and we a part of the Ntataise Trust network from Free State. We have also formed a partnership with the Centre of Early Childhood in Cape Town on a number of projects. We offer ECD Level 1 and 4, leadership and management for the ECD Supervisors, training of ECD management committees, equipping ECD centres with educational toys, ECD centre upgrades, workshops on the use of toys, HIV / AIDS awareness training and workshops, capacity building workshops for ECD forums and influencing government policies on children issues.
