Iso Elinzulu is a Youth Development Programme aimed at equipping and developing young women to:
1. bring about a sense of high self-esteem;
2. identify potential leaders in the communities, to train and develop them into real leaders;
3. establish the educational and cultural projects where they do not exist;
4. minimize the rate of teenage pregnancies and unemployment, especially after grade 12.
