Hope Warriors Children’s Charity makes interventions in the lives of orphaned and other vulnerable children and youth, empowering them through sustainable access to education, thereby instilling a sure hope for the future.
With the scourge of HIV/AIDS, many children are left without a family and thus their God-ordained destiny is aborted as they will have no one to look to. The extended family ceases to exist, but Hope Warriors Children’s Charity believes that it is everyone’s duty to give an ear to the cry of these children. Such an effort at individual levels will see some of these children being emancipated from the ills that bedevil their lives, to a really hopeful and better future.
Hope Warriors Charity runs afternoon children’s clubs, thus taking them out of the streets, where they are vulnerable to crime, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS. The children are helped in homework, do computer literacy, play in a controlled space, and are given psychosocial support to deal with their challenges.
