Faith in Action’ Empowerment Programme is a faith based non profit organisation that was founded on the basis of assisting, mentoring, empowering and nourishing community based organisations including churches (FBO’s). As an independent organisation, we realised that most organisations are not fully equipped, empowered, financed and even supported in order for them to function effectively in their local communities. Hence there is a need to assist, mentor, empower, and nourish them to effectively develop and become accountable to their communities.

Main Objectives:

- To empower organisations with relevant skills to enable them to grow and develop (organisation development)
- To strengthen fundraising department
- To strengthen service delivery
- To provide mentoring and support services
- Networking

The aim is to eventually assist NGOs, including churches, to be established through mentoring and support services, while we render the following skills:
- Counselling skills
- Report writing skills
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
- Basic financial management
- Planning a fundraising programme
- HIV and AIDS mobilization
- Leadership development
- Youth development
