This is a High Performance Rugby training Academy which is designed to ensure the continuous development through training, and supply of professional black rugby players including Blacks, Coloureds and Indians from the primary base of communities and schools in South Africa.

The Academy is meant to create opportunities in rugby for black rugby players and coaches. Develop and promote talent. Develop a wider and sustainable pool of rugby skills amongst the previously disadvantaged communities of South Africa, for the regional, national and international markets. Produce highly skilled black professional and elite players and coaches in rugby. Attract strong support from families and the wider South African community to the game of rugby.

Assist black professional players with dealing with the various challenges that professional rugby players face on a day to day basis. Create a support structure to ensure that the players’ main focus is on the field of play. Develop life skills and educational initiatives for the academy players.
