Colors Academy aims to find the most inspiring and effective means possible of bringing about a positive intervention in the lives of more than 6000 people who are directly and indirectly dependant on the Colors Group.

Delivering Social Upliftment, Education and Health Programmes aimed at empowering the people living and working on the farms and in the pack houses across Colors and its supplybase, the Colors Academy seeks to discover each individual’s unique talents and passion, and commits to ‘walking the road’ with them on a carefully mapped out developmental pathway.
