The Centre’s motto is: THE COMPLEMENTARITY OF Rights, fraternal Love and the Law for development (CRILOLA for development) which is represented by three keys. The keys are linked by a ring which means unity.
Objectives:
1. The Centre RILOLA main objectives are to provide community services to all the communities regarding education, health and other community issues for its harmonious development and wellness.
2. The organization’s secondary objectives will be to assist at its best the more vulnerable and disadvantageous SADC people, particularly of Congolese and South African origin: orphans, single parent children, self-parent children, widower, disabled, refugees, etc.
3. The third objective of the Centre will be to work in collaboration with other organizations that mainly deal with health transformation and education.
Mission:

- All ages basic education and poverty alleviation

- Women rights (fights against women abuse)
- Children rights (fights against children abuse)
- Advocating/ counselling
- Urban and rural community development
- Cultural, intellectual, spiritual and social activities
- Social and physical disadvantaged care (widows, orphans, elderly, refugees, disabled)
