Capricorn Community Learning Centre is registered as a public adult learning centre in terms of section 3 of the Adult Basic Education and Training Act (52 of 2000). We are also registered as a non profit organisation where we are teaching adults from the age of 16 upwards how to read and write and provide them with the necessary skills that can help them to start their own businesses.
