FOCUS AREA:
The mission of the Anna Foundation is to assist disadvantaged schools and communities in the Boland by providing academic, social and environmental support and equipping children with skills for lifelong learning. The “3 R’s: Reading, Running and Right-ing” programme implemented daily at the Anna Foundation after school clubs on the farms and is based on a philosophy of holistic development and a belief in ‘Healthy Body, Healthy Mind’. Children from the farm benefit from the programme and a local woman is trained to manage the implementation of the programme. We are passionate about empowering each child to be able to make positive and uplifting life choices for future goals and contributions to South African Society. This is being achieved through literacy, sport and life skills programs.

WE NEED:
Books - All levels, mostly Afrikaans
Educational puzzles/games
Art supplies and stationary
Running shoes - New/Second hand (in good condition), children sizes from 6 - 16yrs
Running kit - Funding for children's running shorts and t-shirts

Services we require:
- Printing - flyers, pamphlets, business cards, promotional materials
- Video filming - filming of activities/sports events / documentary of our work
- Advertisement - promotion in magazines, newspapers, digital screens
- Screen printing - our children’s running t-shirts
- Bicycle maintenance - monthly maintenance of the bikes
- Taxi service / Bus hire - monthly events and Friday staff training
- Health professionals and life coaching to provide workshops / talks on health, careers and life style
- Psychologist services for individual children
